Cannabis is known to calm users down and control their mood. It can help children with autism that experience frequent violent mood swings control it. This tension, between a widespread belief that marijuana is an effective treatment for a wide assortment of ailments and a lack of scientific knowledge on its effects, has been somewhat exacerbated in recent times by a drive toward legalization.

Yeah everyone on the internet claims that marijuana is the miracle cure for all kinds of diseases. It irks me quite a bit because there's so much misinformation about the drug in recent years. While there isn't anything wrong with using marijuana, it simply isn't a replacement for actual treatment prescribed by doctors. I have been using marijuana myself to help my mental health though.
Does anyone use marijuana to improve their day?

klara I agree with what you say. Far too many people are misled about the extent to which marijuana can help them. I personally use marijuana and melatonin to calm me down during the day. Its unconventional, but the combination really helps me relax and focus on my tasks rather than being fatigued and anxious about getting my work done.

sara oh right. That sounds really cool. I haven't heard of people using that combination before and I do tend to get anxious a lot. How did you figure out the melatonin dosage for yourself?
